MegaEIS ME-8S500 - Measuring Device for Fuel Cell Stacks and Electrolyzers 

  • The MegaEIS product family is a precise modular testing system designed for Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) analysis of fuel-cell stacks and electrolyzers.
  • The system comprises a power stage responsible for handling power and an EIS acquisition system capable of performing impedance spectroscopy analysis on all cells simultaneously.
  • For fuel-cell stacks, the power stage consists of EIS load modules, allowing for up to 1,000 cells and providing current up to 2 kA. It is designed to cooperate with external DC loads for handling most of the stack power, with a maximum internal power dissipation of up to 20 kW.
  • The MegaEIS system for electrolyzers extends the power stage with internal or external power supplies, enabling regulated power source functionality and EIS measurement.
  • Simultaneous EIS acquisition on all channels makes the system suitable for rapid and precise analysis in research and development, quality assurance in manufacturing, or service diagnostics.
