The ta7000 UHP Gas Purity Monitors are gas analyzers designed for ultra-high-purity (UHP) applications, enabling continuous monitoring of trace impurities in bulk gases. The system includes a dedicated sample processing system, a high-sensitivity detector, and on-board data analysis electronics. Two models are available: the ta7000R with a reduction gas detector (RGD) for detecting hydrogen (H₂) and carbon monoxide (CO), and the ta7000F with a flame ionization detector (FID) for detecting carbon dioxide (CO₂), methane (CH₄), and non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC). Both models provide detection limits below 500 parts per trillion (ppt) and are designed for continuous monitoring of UHP gas quality at critical points in gas distribution systems.
