The ExDetector HC150-M / HC150-K-M is a gas detection and warning system designed to measure and display the concentration of potentially explosive gases and vapours, monitor their presence, and trigger protective measures. It is suitable for Zone 2 hazardous areas and features catalytic combustion as its measurement principle. The system includes two models: HC150-M for wall mounting and HC150-K-M for installation in ventilation ducts. The detector uses a Wheatstones bridge circuit to compensate for environmental influences, and it provides a linear measurement signal of 4 ... 20 mA. It detects combustible gases and vapours, with a measurement range of 0 ... 100 % LEL. The system is equipped with one-man calibration and is suitable for areas with explosion hazards. The HC150-K-M model is specifically designed for ventilation ducts, while the HC150-M is for wall mounting. The system includes accessories such as test gas sets and calibration gases, and it is backed by comprehensive service and support.
