The primary product is the Globe and Control Valves Type V46 and Type V40, which are industrial valves designed for use in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. The valves can handle various working media such as water, steam, gas, and other fluids, including seawater. The valves are constructed with a one-piece body, which can be forged or cast depending on the nominal size and pressure. They feature a yoke-type bonnet connected by bolted or flanged joints, with hard-faced seats and discs. The Type V46 valves use a plug-type disc, while Type V40 valves use a regulating disc for linear regulation. Tightness is ensured through graphite gaskets and packing rings, with some models using bellows for stem tightness. The valves are earthquake-resistant and can be operated manually, with electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators. They are tested for shell strength, tightness, seat tightness, and functionality according to EN 12266. The valves are available in various sizes (DN 15-200) and pressure ratings (PN 16-40), with materials suitable for temperatures up to 550°C. They can be connected via flanged or welded ends, with detailed specifications for dimensions, materials, and weights.
