The 520-Bar GH2 Trailer Retrofit operates as a productized upgrade system within the gaseous-hydrogen distribution sector. This retrofit system replaces existing valves, vessel side skins, and thermal pressure-relief devices on 520-bar trailers. It converts the trailer configuration so individual storage vessels can be isolated independently, allowing a single vessel to be serviced without disabling the rest of the trailer. For enhanced ventilation safety, dedicated vent lines for each thermal pressure-relief device discharge gas directly at the roof level. The system provides an upgrade path for existing trailers in mobile fueling, backup storage, and distribution applications.
