Description Vendor

The ULTRA PROLINE® PTFE Diaphragm Relief and Back Pressure Valves are designed for multiple applications, including relief, by-pass, back-pressure regulation, and anti-siphon. These valves utilize a PTFE diaphragm for contamination-free sealing, making them ideal for use with highly aggressive liquids. They maintain necessary reverse pressure in closed loop systems and enhance pump performance by keeping backpressure on the pump outlet. A key feature is the patented Fail-Dry vent, which provides a visual warning of seal malfunction, allowing the valve to continue operation until scheduled maintenance can be planned. The valves are available in various sizes and materials, with specific models like RVDT 050, RVDT 075, and RVDT 100, each having different dimensions and pipe sizes. The design ensures optimal functionality in environments requiring high purity, such as the semiconductor industry, and includes non-wetted u-cup seals and non-leaching fluoropolymer diaphragms.
