H2 Sensor System NEO1XXX Series
- Sensor system for measuring the hydrogen concentration in various gas mediums (air, oxygen, nitrogen, or oxygen-depleted air) with a temperature-, pressure-, and humidity- compensated signal evaluation. Designed for automotive applications.
- Suitable for the following ranges: 0.6 – 1.5 bar, 0 - 100% r.h. (non-condensing) and -40°C - 85°C.
- A mathematical predictive algorithm ensures very short response times
Key features
- Diverse measurement ranges of 0-5 Vol.-% H2(NEO1005), 0-10 Vol.-% H2(NEO1010) or 0-100 Vol.-% H2(NEO1100)
- Air, N2, O2, and oxygen depleted air as possible carrier gases
- Measurement signal independent of pressure, temperature and humidity
- The gas concentration is not affected by the measurement
- Oxygen is not required for operation
- Signal output via CAN 2.0A and CAN 2.0B
- Factory calibrated and ready for use
- CAN wake-up message, when measuring a predefined hydrogen concentration
- Due to flexibility in possible operating conditions, sample extraction is rarely necessary
- Connectors and contacts for crimping are enclosed
