HydroXcel's vehicle-grade hydrogen storage and supply system uses three 260 L composite cylinders at a rated working pressure of 35 MPa. The assembly includes pressure regulation, hydrogen-system control, leak detection, pressure sensing, high-pressure piping, dual-stage filtration and emergency venting. HydroXcel specifies a regulated outlet of 1.2–1.5 MPa and rated hydrogen flow of at least 1,300–1,400 NLPM. The system is intended for fuel-cell vehicle and larger hydrogen-supply integration, with a customizable frame and installation envelope.
