The Q-Flow Variable Area Flowmeters are compact, high-quality flowmeters designed for gas flow measurement.
They feature a proven design with stable and flexible characteristics, allowing for quick and easy replacement of components. The flowmeters are available in two sizes with measuring tubes of 80mm and 140mm, and come with a standard scale for air under operating conditions of 20°C and 1013 mbar abs.
The bodies are made of aluminium, and they are equipped with tightly closing precision control valves that are hysteresis-free. The intelligent instrument design enables easy component replacement while installed. Customized versions are available, including options like mm-scale with flow rate tables, direct reading scales for other gases and pressures, stainless steel versions, and various sealing materials (FKM, EPDM, FFKM) and valve configurations.
These flowmeters are suitable for high accuracy applications and offer a wide range of measuring ranges with direct reading scales. They are also compatible with different gases and operating conditions, with conversion factors provided for accuracy.
