The red-y compact series are digital thermal mass flow meters and regulators for gases. The series includes the compact Meter GCM (mass flow meter) and the compact Regulator GCR (mass flow meter with integrated manual valve). The devices feature a compact design with battery operation and a built-in touch display for flexible and portable use.
They utilize high-precision MEMS (CMOS) sensor technology to measure real mass flow independent of pressure and temperature changes within specified limits. The red-y compact series offers accuracy up to ±1% of full scale (depending on version) and a turndown ratio up to 1:100.
Devices can be powered by a standard AA battery, Micro-USB power supply, or an optional external 15–30 VDC power supply. The instruments support measurement of up to three different gases or gas mixtures and include a totalizer for gas consumption measurement, password protection, and modular expansion options such as alarm and analog/pulse output modules.
