The EL1000N is a high-performance hydrogen generation system utilizing PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) technology, which is caustic-free. It produces up to 89 kg/h of hydrogen with a purity of over 99.9% before purification and meets ISO 14687 standards after purification. The system operates at pressures between 15-40 barg and is designed for continuous 24/7 operation. It features a fully automated control system with a 15-color touch screen, supports Modbus TCP/IP or Profinet communication, and is compliant with CE, ISO 22734-1, NFPA 2-2020, and NFPA 70 standards. The system includes various safety and redundancy features, such as emergency shutdown, overpressure relief, and redundancy on critical safety parameters. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation and has a total installed power of 6,700 kW.
