The EL2000N is a high-capacity hydrogen gas production system utilizing PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) electrolysis technology, which is caustic-free. It can produce up to 178 kg/h of hydrogen with a purity of over 99.9% before purification and meets ISO 14687 standards after purification. The system operates within a wide range of pressures (15-40 barg) and is designed for continuous 24/7 operation with a cold start time of less than 20 minutes. It includes features such as a fully automated control system, Modbus TCP/IP or Profinet communication, and compliance with CE, ISO 22734-1, NFPA 2-2020, and NFPA 70 standards. The system is housed in a modular container setup and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation.
