The EL60N is a high-performance proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyzer designed for continuous hydrogen gas production. It operates with a maximum nominal hydrogen flow of 5.61 kg/h and can function within a wide operating pressure range of 15-40 barg. The system ensures high hydrogen purity, exceeding 99.9% before purification and meeting ISO 14687 standards post-purification. It is fully automated, featuring a 15-color touch screen PLC and supports communication via Modbus TCP/IP or Profinet. The EL60N is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation, with a compact design housed in a 40-foot container and a weight of approximately 11,000 kg. It complies with CE, ISO 22734-1, NFPA 2-2020, and NFPA 70 standards, ensuring safety and reliability. The system is designed for 24/7 operation with a quick start-up time and includes essential safety features such as an emergency shutdown system and overpressure relief.
