The EL800N is a high-capacity hydrogen gas production system utilizing PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) electrolysis technology. It is designed for continuous operation, producing up to 71.2 kg/h of hydrogen with a purity of over 99.9%. The system is fully automated, unattended, and equipped with a 15-color touch screen PLC for control. It operates within a wide range of conditions, including ambient temperatures from +5°C to +45°C and humidity up to 95%. The system is compliant with CE, ISO 22734-1, NFPA 2-2020, and NFPA 70 standards. It includes features such as an emergency shutdown system, overpressure relief, and redundancy on critical safety parameters. The system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation and is designed for 24/7 operation with a cold start time of less than 20 minutes.
