Add to compare

The Series 23SY-H2 is a piezoresistive pressure transmitter specifically designed for hydrogen applications. It features a stainless steel housing with increased nickel content to reduce embrittlement, a gold-plated diaphragm that minimizes hydrogen diffusion, and is compensated over the entire temperature range for consistent performance. The transmitter offers excellent long-term stability and includes an optional intrinsically safe version, Series 23SY-Ei-H2, suitable for use in explosive environments. It is ideal for applications such as hydrogen manufacturing, transport, containment, and storage, with pressure ranges from 0...4 bar to 0...1000 bar. The device has high accuracy, with a total error band of ±0.25%FS at 0...50°C and ±0.7%FS at -10...80°C. It supports both 2-wire and 3-wire connectivity, with analog signal outputs of 4...20 mA or 0...10 V. The transmitter is available with various pressure connection options, including G1/4 Mano with centring pin, 1/4-18NPT male, and 7/16-20UNF 2B female. Its robust design includes a fully welded construction with no internal seals, ensuring reliability in harsh conditions. The product also meets electromagnetic compatibility standards and offers protection ratings of IP67 or IP65, depending on the plug type used.
