Add to compare

The VS/AM 58 H is a relief valve designed to vent gas when system pressure exceeds the set value due to temporary events. It prevents downstream pressure from rising due to gas temperature changes, pressure shocks, or regulator lock-up failure. It is suitable for 100% hydrogen applications and is used in high-pressure transmission systems and medium pressure gas distribution networks. Key features include compact dimensions, fast response, easy maintenance, and a limit switch option (BLD 211). It is certified according to European Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) and meets EN4126-1 standards. The valve is constructed with an aluminium body, stainless steel plug and valve seat, and is available with optional nitrile rubber or viton seals. It operates within a design pressure range of up to 10 MPa or 100 barg, and functions within ambient temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +60 °C. The product is ideal for applications requiring reliable pressure relief in hydrogen systems, ensuring safety and efficiency in both high-pressure and medium-pressure environments.
