H2 O-rings for SAE Quick Connect

O-Rings, which are circular in shape, play an essential role in sealing mechanical systems, particularly in the demanding environments of the hydrogen market.
To meet the specific constraints associated with this gas-such as permeation, chemical compatibility, and high pressures-we offer elastomer compounds formulated to ensure optimal performance.
Our materials, developed by our laboratory in accordance with current regulations (REACH, health standards, etc.), are designed to withstand extreme temperatures and aggressive fluids, including hydrogen.
Traceability and compliance are ensured throughout the process, from formulation to manufacturing in our Hutchinson plants.
Standard or specific compounds are available in elastomer families suitable for hydrogen environments, including EPDM and FKM, which are recognized for their low permeability and excellent chemical resistance.
