PEM Quality Assurance Testing – Evaluator EOL

  • Our End-of-Line (EOL) test solutions are designed to seamlessly support your series production of fuel cells and stack systems. At the end of the manufacturing process, our goal is to help you ensure that every single product meets the highest quality standards. To achieve this, we developed the Evaluator End-of-Line (EOL) system – a flexible solution for automated quality testing of cells, membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs), and stacks with power levels of up to 250 kW and beyond.
  • We tailor each system to your production requirements – from a simple test station with manual contact to a fully automated setup with conveyor integration and automatic test piece handling. Additional features such as coolant filling, draining, or leak testing can be incorporated to optimize cycle times and improve overall process efficiency.
  • In developing our EOL solutions, we place great emphasis on safety, user-friendliness, and seamless integration. The systems feature an intuitive operator interface with clear test results (“passed” / “failed”) and optional connectivity to your production or test data management systems. A robust multi-level safety concept ensures secure operation while protecting both personnel and test specimens.
