Hydrogen Gas Cooler - STELION

  • STELION Gas Cooler is a compact high-pressure hydrogen cooling system designed to reduce and control gas temperature downstream of compression.
  • Developed primarily for hydrogen, it can also be configured for other compatible gases and fluids. Designed for operating pressures of up to 700 bar, it works as a dedicated hydrogen aftercooler, providing an efficient post-compression cooling stage before storage, testing, refueling or other downstream processes.
  • Its compact and portable design enables straightforward integration into new or existing gas systems, whether combined with STELION Booster Station or with other compatible gas booster pumps.

Why STELION Gas Cooler?

  • Up to 700 bar: designed for high-pressure gas applications with operating pressures of up to 700 bar.
  • Post-compression cooling: removes excess heat downstream of compression before storage, testing, refueling or another process.
  • Thermoelectric cooling: based on Peltier technology for compact and electrically driven thermal management.
  • Compact & mobile: easy to transport and integrate into laboratories, test benches, refueling setups and field operations.
  • System compatibility: designed to work seamlessly with STELION Booster Station and other compatible gas booster pumps.
  • Easy integration: compact architecture and standard connections simplify installation into new or existing gas systems.

Hydros Power SL

Hydros Power was created to turn hydrogen into a real, everyday solution. Not a distant promise. We believe that technology should be simple, accessible, and designed to make a measurable impact on the world we live in. Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition through innovation that bridges the gap between sustainability and performance.

We develop a modular hydrogen ecosystem that adapts to how people move, work, and transport goods. From plug-and-play refueling capsules to compact generation stations, every Hydros Power solution is built to make hydrogen easier to use, easier to deploy, and easier to scale.

This approach allows companies, cities, and industries to reduce emissions and meet their carbon-neutral goals without compromising productivity. By combining intelligent design, digital control, and real-world reliability, we’re redefining what clean energy can achieve in logistics, urban mobility, and industrial transport.

At Hydros Power, we see hydrogen not as an alternative, but as the next evolution of energy a versatile, renewable force capable of transforming how we power our world. Our technology is already helping partners across Europe take the first steps toward distributed hydrogen systems that are efficient, safe, and cost-effective.
