Hydrogen Hose

  • Hutchinson® multilayer fuel cell tubes are designed by our specialized teams to meet the most stringent requirements in terms of temperature, pressure, color, identification, and long-term functional reliability.
  • Suitable for transporting air and coolants, they offer a robust and versatile solution for demanding environments.
  • The temperature range extends from -40°C to +90°C continuously, with possible peaks of up to +120°C.
  • Depending on the materials used, the operating pressure can exceed 5 bar for PA hoses and reach over 21 bar for versions combining aluminum and rubber.
  • Manufactured in Europe in two factories, these hoses benefit from great industrial flexibility, allowing for both prototyping and small-batch production.
  • They can be designed to be straight or profiled, depending on integration constraints, and components such as connectors or plastic parts can be assembled onto them.
  • The hoses can be delivered individually or as complete kits tailored to each fuel cell.
  • Customized marking is also available, in accordance with customer specifications.
