Catalyst coated membrane with platinum catalyst layers applied to the membrane. Catalyst loading is available from 0.1 to 0.35 mg/cm², with standard products using 40% Pt/C. Custom catalyst configurations can be supplied according to customer specifications. A standard configuration uses 0.35 mg/cm² Pt at the cathode and 0.2 mg/cm² Pt at the anode, with Pt supported on Vulcan 72.

Use Cases

  • Fuel-cell membrane electrode assembly production
  • PEM fuel-cell applications

Capabilities

  • Catalyst coating directly on membrane
  • Custom catalyst loading according to customer specification
  • Multiple active-area dimensions
  • Separate anode and cathode catalyst-loading configurations
Sainergy Fuel Cell India Pvt Ltd. Sainergy Fuel Cell India Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian private manufacturing company established in Chennai in 2010 and focused on small-scale fuel-cell, electrolyzer and electrochemical component technologies. The company operates with its own manufacturing infrastructure and has developed capabilities in gas-diffusion media and electrodes, while maintaining links with research institutions and universities. Its product range covers PEM, anion-exchange-membrane and alkaline electrolyzer cells and systems, hydrogen generators, fuel cells, membrane-electrode assemblies, carbon paper and cloth, graphite plates, catalysts, nickel foam and other laboratory or development components. This combination makes Sainergy relevant not only as an equipment supplier but also as a source of materials and test-scale hardware for organizations developing or teaching hydrogen technologies. The company primarily addresses research, education, prototyping and lower-power applications rather than utility-scale electrolysis. Within the hydrogen value chain, Sainergy therefore sits across component supply and small-system manufacturing, supporting universities, laboratories, technology developers and early-stage integrators working on hydrogen production and fuel-cell conversion.
