ACE AFC250 is a laminar differential-pressure mass flow controller for medium-to-high gas flows, including hydrogen. The controller measures differential pressure across a compact flow element and applies temperature and pressure compensation to measure and regulate mass flow. ACE specifies a standardized flow range of 50 to 500 NLM, 5–100% FS control, 2% FS accuracy, ±0.2% FS repeatability and response within two seconds. The unit supports 0–5 VDC and RS485 interfaces, with 4–20 mA available as a factory option, for hydrogen and fuel-cell gas systems.

Use Cases

  • Fuel-cell gas supply systems
  • Medium-to-high hydrogen flow control
  • Hydrogen test benches and laboratory gas lines

Capabilities

  • Measures and controls mass flow with temperature and pressure compensation
  • Controls from 5–100% FS
  • Provides fast actual-flow response
  • Supports analog and RS485 control integration
ACE Inc. Our company was established and founded in March 1999 as ACE Co., Ltd. It began business with the primary business of developing components and providing application equipment based on fluid measurement, control, and monitoring technologies. Since then, through the development of gas analysis equipment, gas mixing equipment, surface treatment technologies, and more, our products and systems are active in a variety of fields, including semiconductors and liquid crystal displays, fuel cells, environmental analysis, and general industrial fields. With our motto of "Creation and Challenge," we will continue to make further efforts and improve our technology in order to meet our customers' expectations.
