The KEKO P-200 is a precision screen printer used by KEKO for SOFC R&D and laboratory electrode-printing work. After SOFC electrolyte tape is fired, electrode layers are deposited onto the electrolyte sheet by screen printing, and KEKO specifically identifies the P-200 for this laboratory-scale application. Current P-200 documentation gives a typical 200 × 200 mm printing area, optionally up to 250 × 250 mm, squeegee speed up to 250 mm/s, squeegee force up to 120 N and stated accuracy of ±5 µm. The machine is PLC-controlled and available with options such as vision alignment, automatic loading/unloading and tunnel drying.
KEKO Equipment Ltd. is a Slovenian developer and manufacturer of machinery for multilayer ceramic-component production.
