Description Vendor

Eaton Type T Gas/Liquid Separator conditions hydrogen gas streams within Eaton's hydrogen-purification arrangement by removing liquid water, other entrained liquids, and solid particles. Available in cast iron, carbon steel, or stainless steel construction variants, the separator features a choice between cast or fabricated designs and supports multiple connection approaches to match specific process piping requirements. The internal separation mechanism operates entirely without moving parts and achieves a verified separation performance of 99% for liquid and solid entrainment particles 10 µm in size or larger. This design enables continuous gas/liquid separation with zero routine maintenance requirements on the separation mechanism. In hydrogen service, the unit protects downstream equipment and fuel cells by filtering out critical water and particulate contamination.
