Product Description

Our solution provides a comprehensive structural component supply chain designed to support the production of fuel cell stacks and electrolyzers with high precision, efficiency, and reliability. We integrate design, material sourcing, machining, and assembly across China-based network to ensure quality consistency and cost optimization.

Bipolar Plates

Enable uniform gas distribution and electrical conduction within the stack, ensuring efficient electrochemical performance.

End Plates

Provide structural rigidity and uniform compression to maintain stack integrity during operation.

Shells

Protect internal components and facilitate thermal management and mechanical stability of the system.

Sealing Structures

Prevent gas and coolant crossover, ensuring durability, safety, and long-term reliability of the stack.

Compression Frames

Maintain precise stacking pressure and prevent leakage or deformation under high operating loads.

Manifolds

Shanghai H-RISE New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017. It specializes in the research, development, production, sales, and solutions of high-power fuel cell stacks and electrolyzers. As a high-tech enterprise, H-RISE is dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to the hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry.
H-RISE upholds the value of independent research and development. It has developed a series of fuel cell stacks with independent intellectual property rights ranging from 27 kW to 300 kW, meeting the diverse demands of different regions, scenarios, and customers. The products are widely applied in fields such as buses, heavy-duty trucks, and logistics vehicles, and the company has consistently ranked first in domestic metal plate stack shipments from 2021 to 2023.
Drawing on nearly 20 years of research incubation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, H-RISE has mastered the core technologies across the entire industry chain—from catalysts, membrane electrodes, and bipolar plates to stacks and electrolyzers. With over 500 patent applications, H-RISE has established a 25,000 m² integrated industrial base in the Lingang New Area, covering R&D, offices, production, testing, and fully automated production lines for stack and electrolyzer manufacturing.

Shanghai H-RISE New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017, focusing on the research and development, production, sales and overall solutions of fuel cell stacks.

H-RISE is committed to provide the highest quality stack products and engineering services for the entire industry. H-RISE has developed four types of vehicle fuel cell stacks covering 80kW, 100kW, 120kW and 150kW, which are widely used in commercial vehicles, buses, BRT, heavy trucks and other scenarios. All the products are achieved mass production. H-RISE has developed fuel cell power systems for drones, forklifts, airplanes and ships in special scenarios. At present, H-RISE has established an industrialization base integrating R&D, office, production and testing in Lingang New Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and built a fully automated stack production line with an annual production capacity of 10,000 stacks.
