ZSW Generic Stack – Manufacturer-Independent PEM Fuel Cell Development Platform

  • The Generic Stack is an attractive open stack design for R&D applications in stack and system development, as well as in cell component development.
  • It offers high performance over a wide operating range (temperature, pressure, turnover and stoichiometry), with a 150 kW total power output.
  • Detailed information on the stack's design, construction, and operation is available at: https://zenodo.org/records/14223364. The zip-files contain the respective CAD drawings and further contents in the widespread STEP (*.stp), DXF (*.dxf) and PDF (*.pdf) file formats.
  • The HyFaB project leading to this stack design was funded by the state of Baden-Württemberg, Ministry for the Environment, Climate and Energy Industry under the funding reference L75 20112.
