DeHydro System - ReiCat

The ReiCat DeHydro System offers a safe alternative to conventional hydrogen venting or flaring.

It utilizes catalytic oxidation, in which hydrogen reacts with oxygen from the ambient air via a catalyst bed to form water vapor (H₂O).

This process occurs entirely without combustion or flame formation and requires no separate oxygen supply.

Specifications & Applications

The system is available in both stationary and mobile versions and is therefore suitable for permanent installations or temporary use.

The stationary unit processes hydrogen flow rates from 10 to 100 Nm³/h, while the mobile unit handles up to 60 Nm³/h.

A typical application is integration into electrolysis plants to ensure emission-free hydrogen production.
